In todays world, where civility seems to be in short supply, I love stories that show the majority of people being thoughtful and caring.  Case in point, a wonderful client of ours, sent some cookies that depicted her awesome dog, Max. They were made by a local business, and she dropped them off as a thoughtful gift to our hospital.  I'm always amazed by our clients dropping off thoughtful gifts, such as coffee, cookies, fruit  and doughnuts (not all at the same time :) ) throughout the year.  At Christmas time, our tables over flow with goodies to eat and share. We are truly grateful for all of you.

And another feel good moment: One of my employees, Debbie, was at a local store.  She was approached by a stranger, who stopped to ask her if she worked in the medical field. Debbie answered that she worked in a veterinary hospital not a human one. The lady never missed a beat, and thanked her for her dedication and willingness to put her life in danger in order to take care of people's pets. Wow.

There are great people out there, always remember that.
